    Welcome to Battambang Chamber! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Battambang Chamber ("the App"), as well as any content, features, or services offered by the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    Access and Use of the App

    1.1. You must be at least 15 years old to use the App.

    1.2. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

    1.3. You acknowledge and agree that Battambang Chamber may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice to you.

    User Account

    2.1. To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account.

    2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

    2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

    2.4. Battambang Chamber reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.

    Intellectual Property

    3.1. The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Battambang Chamber or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    3.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without the prior written consent of Battambang Chamber.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    4.1. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    4.2. Battambang Chamber DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    Limitation of Liability

    5.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Battambang Chamber SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

    5.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL Battambang Chamber'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cambodia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

    6.2. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the Cambodia

    Modification of Terms

    7.1. Battambang Chamber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice to you.

    7.2. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

    Miscellaneous

    8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Battambang Chamber with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Battambang Chamber.

    8.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

    8.3. Battambang Chamber's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Battambang Chamber in writing.
